This mansion was burdened by severe foundation and structural issues, leaving the homeowner overwhelmed. After years of attempting repairs themselves, they turned to Tamara to transform the home from a state of disrepair to a stunning masterpiece.
KITCHEN
This home exudes a captivating modern-retro feel, highlighted by vibrant pops of color and inventive design combinations. The kitchen is a showcase of this style, featuring Gamma in Illusive on the walls and Natural Stone Quartzite in Tahitian Cream on the island. The breakfast bar continues with Gamma in Illusive on the wall, complemented by Natural Stone Quartzite in White Macaubas on the countertop. Adjacent to the kitchen, a fully-functional butler’s pantry adds an extra touch of artistry with Lavaliere in Black Antique Mirror on the backsplash and Natural Stone Quartzite in Moreno on the countertop.

MUDROOM
The mudroom's floor features our terrazzo-look tile Outlander in Marine Grande, which adds a contemporary touch with its vibrant design. The backsplash stands out with Revalia Remix in Moss, showcasing a striking ribbed texture that adds depth. This is beautifully complemented by Natural Stone Quartzite in Caldera Blue on the countertop. The mudroom with its vibrant colors and distinctive patterns captures a playful, nostalgic charm while maintaining functionality.

The hearth room exudes creativity and warmth with a wall-to-wall installation of Indoterra in Trail with a fluted dimensional design. This bold design transforms the fireplace into a dramatic focal point.
