From Damaged to Dramatic

This gorgeous mansion was wrecked by flooding and water damage leaving it moldy and unsightly. Tamara and her team not only restore this estate to its former glory, but redesign the layout as well making for a more modern appeal.

Bright, airy and fresh! This kitchen glistens and gleams with Daltile’s Natural Stone Marble Slab in Carrara White with a unique Ogee Edge. Tamara’s design is powerful yet simple allowing the marble slab to really make a statement.

PRIMARY BATHROOM

This primary bathroom boasts Natural Stone Marble from the floors to the ceiling. As you enter the space, Gamma Mystic covers the floor with a beautifully contrasting Natural Stone countertop in Black Soapstone. The wet room is the main spotlight, complete with Gamma in Rectangle, Hypnotic mosaic and Herringbone mosaic. Accents of Pietra Divina Nero Marquina can be seen on the lining of the bathroom floor, shower niche and tub surround.

BEDROOM FIREPLACE

The primary bedroom has a small but powerful vintage fireplace that needed a little modern love, so Tamara and her team chose to surround the fireplace with Daltile’s Natural Stone Slab in Black Soapstone.

GUEST BATHROOM

The marble designs extend throughout this home into the guest bathroom as well. This room mirrors the elegance of the main bathroom, melded with the fun pops of color seen throughout each space. From Gamma in Mystic Herringbone mosaic on the floor, to fun accents of Color Wheel Classic Plum and Arctic White on the shower walls, this bathroom truly shines bright.
